My stay at Sofitel Cairo Downtown Nile was a mix of good moments and some hiccups. The attentive staff, especially at the executive lounge and dining areas, truly made a difference. However, I encountered some issues with housekeeping and room cleanliness that were concerning. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, but there were areas that could use improvement.
